Livia Wunderlich is a research assistant at the University of Pittsburgh Neuromuscular Research Laboratory. She has a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her past experience includes volunteering as a Senior Research Assistant for the Learning by Teaching Study with the Renee Crown Institute, as well as completing an independent study comparing behavioral activation therapy for depression and exercise. Additionally, she worked as a Medical Assistant with Forward, where she learned skills like phlebotomy, specimen processing, and patient interaction. At the NMRL, she is primarily responsible for performing HR-pQCT and DXA scans and assisting with post-scan processing and data management.
