Christopher Kenneth Kargl, PhD

Chris Kargl is a postdoctoral associate in the Neuromuscular Research Laboratory and Warrior Human Performance Center. Kargl received his PhD in Exercise Physiology and Gerontology from Purdue University. His doctoral research centered on extracellular communication between skeletal muscle and capillary endothelial cells in health and in aging. His postdoctoral research interests include bone-muscle crosstalk, circulating extracellular vesicles, and general biomarkers of stress, resilience and exercise adaptations.
